This hotel was average, but overpriced. The room was clean and well maintained. My biggest complaint was the service we received from the management. Around midnight of our stay, a party took place in the room next to ours. After an hour of loud music and hooting and hollering, we called the office. We were told that she would call the... More

I must have been at a different place - because I have stayed at $39 a night hotels that were better. First we were told it was booked up and only suites available - funny 2 cars in lot friday 9pm, 3 saturday pm and 2 bikes sunday AM. The room had been closed with no air running so it... More

The Wind Swept Inn was beautiful. The staff was very friendly, had comfortable beds, banquet room with a HUGE dance floor, patio, balcony rooms. Right off the highway so getting there and back easy! Again, A great place to stay!

My husband and i enjoyed the Wind Swept Inn so much when we stayed that we are planning a family vacation this summer with our six children and their significant others, which we will all be staying at this Inn. The owners, Billy and Kim were the most outgoing people I have had the pleasure to meet, and my husband... More

We ladies had a fantastic stay. We started with a local dinner that was lovely. Then the 10 of us headed to the banquet hall at the Wind Swept Inn for a night of drinks, dancing and catching up. Our group was from Connecticut, RI and Mass and no one had to drive home, that was the beauty of our... More

Don't be fooled by the nice person at the front desk. We paid $130 with tax for yellow stains on both the pillowcases and pillows, pillowcases that were too small for the pillows so there was no protection, wrinkled sheets (we think they were not changed form the last guest), strong musty smell that took a long time to air... If you are thinking of staying here- think again. Thought I would try them out because they looked good on screen and the few testimonials were good -and hey- they offered a free night even! When I arrived there was no one in office to check us in -had to wait 45 min for someone to show up on a... More

My boyfriend and I make a weekend trip to Misquamicut every year. We've tried out different hotels/motels and Inns around the area, but this year, we decided last minute on this past weekend for the date of our trip, and there were slim pickings. There was no vacancy anywhere, and unfortunately (through expedia) as a last resort, we put a... More

Would want to stay longer. Close to the beach and fresh water lake also. Picnicing, great boutiques and countryside shopping. The beds were so comfortable, could have spend my whole vacation in bed, but the blue waters of Charlestown Beach was more than desirable to get me out of bed. The waves were great. Hospitality at the Inn made us... More
