The hotel is conviently located and the rooms are nice and clean. We had several rooms and one room the elctronic door lock didn't work and the room was never locked all weekend unless you were inside. The front desk was notified but it remained unresolved. We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western. Hotel was very attractive inside - nice room, nice breakfast and pool area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was very polite and friendly. The pool seemed heavily chlorinated - other than that everything was A+. more

Our family of four stayed at the Best Western West Greenwich Inn for 10 days and were actually very pleasently suprised with it. The room cost was very reasonable and less expensive than the other lodging facilities in the area. Plus, they had more to offer, including an indoor heated pool, hot tub, small gym room, and a decent continental... more

We recently stayed at the Best Western in West Greenwich on a visit to see relatives nearby in Coventry, RI. The exterior of the hotel is very pretty.
