Our company has business in Bluffton, SC and one of our employees travels there twice a month. We were contacted by Holiday Inn Express requesting that we stay with them. We found this hotel to be very comfortable. From the freindly greetings upon check in, to the large rooms and cozy beds, to the delightful breakfast in the morning we were glad we chose the Holiday Inn Express. We are also repeat customers. The service we received at the Holiday Inn Express was wonderful...The staff was very accomodating, friendly and made you feel right at home...the early evening ouduves were great and the breakfast was good too...Very comfortable rooms and private internet access with 2 computers available...Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone... more

We enjoyed our stay there. The location was just right. Hilton Head was just East. To the North and along an East/West line were numerous shopping malls. Eating astablishment were plenty and Savannah, GA was a short distance away as well. more

Very nice hotel with friendly front desk personnel. Sandy is especially congenial. Rooms are clean and efficient as is the entire hotel. Even the parkinglot was immaculate. Location is weird. This is not the way the system is set up to function and you should not have to continue to get out of bed to open the door. My husband and I stayed here because it was the only hotel that accepted dogs (with a deposit). They were so nice, especially to our dog. You can tell they all genuinely like pets and it showed.
