“Not a Tier 3 property.”

I booked a free night at a Tier 3 hotel property. Though it was not the worst place I stayed on this trip, it was not worth the money. My room had softball size holes in the carpet. Very happy with our experience here. Room was nice, breakfast was small but at least they offered one. Coffee was very good here. Most of the room was clean except one of our tables was pretty dirty. Overall great place to stay for a night or two for a great price

Budget,budget,budget. Room smelled like smoke. Asked to be moved from first room because tv looked terrible. The front desk couldn't understand why I wanted a new room. Bathroom was ok. No decent restaurants nearby only fast food.
