It is a decent hotel, and the staff treated us great despite getting it through Priceline. We got the welcoming cookies. No problem switching one of our rooms from a king bed (single-level suite) to a double suite with two levels - sitting downstairs, beds upstairs. Staff are courteous at all times. We were with a group for a meeting. All were charged for and were suppose to get a suite. We got a room that did not even have an area to sit. We had to sit on the bed but were charged over $300/night which, of course, was for a suite. RIPPED OFF! more
