Excellent value, staff was knowledgable and helpful, gave directions which were easy to understand. Rooms were clean and the location was close to everything. It is less expensive than other downtown properties for a reason. Did not sleep at all - room was literally right on a noisy busy street with traffic zooming by all night. Staff was completely uninterested, cold and barely made eye contact at check in and check out! Bathroom fixtures were falling off the wall. Not worth the $150!! More
