Our third or fourth stay here while attending a conference at the Doubletree (a block away-so very convenient). Have usually stayed in the "new" section across the street from the reception. Delightful outdoor patio on 4th floor, perfect for breakfast (included) or afternoon relaxation.

This refurbished property has both charm and excellent location in the very heart of Charleston. We enjoyed its convenience, helpful staff and charming if somewhat older accommodations. It is recommended for a brief stay in this charming city. Our Anniversary celebration was enhanced by staying there.

Great location and service. Nice breakfast on charming rooftop terrace. Rooms on the small side and ours did not have a window. The multifloor open area in the middle of the hotel made for a bit of a noise problem.
