It's obvious that the people who designed and own this inn never stay here. I wouldn't either, if I were them. The linens were very clean, and the bathroom reasonably clean too, but the water glass was dirty, the carpet sticky everywhere, and a cabinet door full of never-wiped lint. The second night we were awakened at 3 am to someone beating the neighbor's door, cursing, yelling, etc...Notified the front desk and they did handle it appropriately. We needed a place for one night, choose The Inn at Claussen's due to it's location. We got to stay in a newly rennovated loft room and it was great. Very modern. The only change I would make to the place would be better sheets as they were really scratch - past that wonderful! more

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. You get wine and scotch in the lobby and breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning.
