First, we stayed here only 1 night for a conference, and we stayed with friends in their cottage --- and they rented us a golf cart and had all the check in issues --- so I can't comment on that. I had a very mediocre experience staying on the Island. Service, food, bellman, are all very substandard. The worst part: When I took the ferry back to Hilton Head, my car had been towed!
