HVAC vent sits at base of bed- when system goes on-quite loud. Seems to be same @ all Residence Inn's . Refrigerator in room can also be annoying when nightime comes. Like sleeping in your kitchen. more

The other reviews pretty much sum up our stay. Spacious suite, kitchen, dishwasher, large bathroom, up to date TV. But the best part was it was pet friendly and CLEAN! Being from the UK, places on I95 mean nothing to me. However on our way up to Richmond we pulled over here about 8pm at night and enquired about a room. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were on our way back to Canada and stopped in Florence for an overnight stay. Decided on the new Residence Inn. It was all a hotel could be, excellent rooms, gracious service, marvellous location. The staff were very helpful, friendly and helped us in any way they could. We will definetely stay there again and recommend it highly! more
