We attended the Darlington Historic Racing festival and spent three nights at this establishment. The hotel has a small outdoor pool and a hot buffet breakfast is included in the price of your room. Checkin & checkout were businesslike and we had little trouble obtaining extra towels. There was initially a strong smell of cleaning solvents in our room but... more

I booked this room based on a couple of things - price of course being one - breakfast included at the cafe next door being another, and I didn't see any negative reviews (guess I missed it) We got to the hotel at about 11pm. Looking for a low cost budget motel with a swimming pool, free country breakfast buffet, a fitness room, free newspaper, and cable TV all for $38.00/night?
