What a wonderful experience! Just what we were looking for! The perfect location! Tucked away off the main road, yet only a short walk to the downtown action. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and refreshing and include an extremely comfortable bed, and great screened in porch-perfect for the morning cup of coffee and paper! water's edge in was exactly what we needed - tucked away, Folley beach in the off season, cozy, no tourists.. the room was luxurious & functional, without being too over-the-top.. staff was incredibly friendly... so much better than a standard hotel. more

Have visited this location twice and enjoyed it greatly. Excellent facility and staff, extremely clean, each room is unique and very comfortable. Everything during the visit was perfect. They have most of your needs met and do not nickle and dime you on anything. Excellent alternative to staying in Downtown either for business or pleasure. I look forward to returning... more

The decor at the inn is beautiful and all the rooms are very clean...however, cosmetic elements are only part of the equation.
