Recently stayed at Comfort Inn Carowinds to take advantage of the Amusement Park. This is an older hotel and has the old smoke smell in the hallways. The room didn't have that smell and was clean and simple. They do have a refridgerator and microwave. It is a small fridge and the freezer compartment did not freeze my water bottles... more

When I got to the hotel, we saw the beautiful lobby. I checked out the rooms before we booked them. The pillows were soft, they had televisions and a refrigerator. Not only that, but I could walk to Carowinds from the hotel! It was the best hotel I've been to by far. A++++++ more
