Island house is set upjust like an apartment complex. We stayed inunit 140 as part of TAN properties, I believe all units are either privately own (available for rent) or as part of wholesale vacation clubs. So describing the unit has no point since all are decorated differently. The complex does have a pool, and there are only about two grills at the pool area. If you have an upstairs unit, you won't have a deck or balcony so you will be unable to cook outside.

It is centrally located on South Forest Beach, close to the beach, only a block and a half away! Also close to shops and restaurants. The island is a great, quiet family vacation spot, and a nature and wild life lover haven, as well as a golfer's dream. We loved it! more
