This place is technically timeshare villas. The timeshare is run by Spinnaker, who manage the Players Club Hotel and a bunch of timeshares in the Shipyard Plantation. Cottages at Shipyard is one of the properties they rent. It looks like its mostly 2 or 3 bedroom townhouses spread throughout small lagoons. I guess I was kind of expecting a hotel... more

We just spent a wonderful week at the Cottages. We had a three bedroom, three bath cottage. Two bedrooms had a king bed and the other two twin beds. One king bedroom was downstairs and the other two were upstairs. The cottages are located in the quiet Shipyard Plantation-you can park right in front of your cottage. We were right... more

We stayed one week at the Cottages at Shipyard through an RCI bonus week. We were extremely pleased with the location and size of the unit. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse right on the golf course. Although the complex is a bit old the location to other things on the island couldn't have been better. We ordered... more
