We had a 2 bed/2bath on the ground floor. Heard a little noise from the upstairs condo but did not bother us. Liked the nearness of pool and the use of the 2 bikes. Nice location on the golfcourse. Well equiped condo and Shipyard is great with bike trails. more

We were very pleased with the unit which was spacious and very clean. The two bikes came in very handy and we biked all over. There was one major problem which I think should be corrected by the management. This was check-in. We went to the office to check-in and were greeted by two women who said the unit wasn't... more

Our family of five spent the holidays at Southwind II. We had a 3-bedroomed townhouse, with 3 and a 1/2 bathrooms, it was very spacious. The unit was recently renovated, that included a new well appointed kitchen, new floors and new furnishings. Upon our arrival, the unit was cleaned to our satisfaction. This 3 bedroom, 31/2 bath golf villa was magnificant. Everything is BRAND NEW!! Its got a full kitchen with granite counter tops, washer/dryer, bikes to go, '2' master suites on the first floor and the third bedroom on the second floor.
