This is a great timeshare- condo-hotel. Some guests were owners, others traded from other properties and some were renters. The complex has two pools and overlooks great views of marshland. From the momement we entered the lobby the overwhelming smell of mold was so bad it was hard to even check in. The first room they gave us was directly above the lobby. I travel to Hilton Head frequently for business and this was my third stay in this property. Staying in a hotel room gets old, so having a kitchen and living room makes for a pleasant change.
