Colonnade condominiums are a collection of privately-owned condos in Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island. Shipyard is located mid-island and is central to most everything on the island. Being privately owned, each condo is decorated unique to the owner's taste. You should expect to receive a clean and comfortable condo with a television in each room, full kitchen with breakfast bar, family room, dining area, and deck. Some units offer cathedral ceilings and picture windows. A full-sized pool and outdoor hot tub are located on the grounds. Condos are either ground level or second story. Some condos overlook a lagoon where an ocassional alligator will sun itself. These condos also overlook a golf green and offer a relaxing view.
