Arrived late afternoon to find a beautiful former private home on a large lot with amazing lawn and garden setting. We were apparently not expected because of a glitch with the host's internet provider. Fortunately business was slow and we had the place to ourselves. My longtime friend and I stayed here this past weekend for a Gal's Getaway. It happened to be exactly halfway between her coming from NC and me from GA. And what a pleasant environment the Inn provided for such an occasion. The innkeepers gave excellent service and paid attention to little details that make a big difference like CD players... more

Beautiful inn and grounds, lovely room. We enjoyed our stay - it was very peaceful and quiet at the Inn. Had dinner at Don Juan's just a few minutes away - there were two or three other choices within a short drive. Lots of weddings here and I can see why! From the outside, this was one of the most beautiful homes in which I have stayed. The porches and grounds are also used for weddings, so they are kept very well. When we arrived, during the designated 3:00 - 6:00 time, we found the door locked and noone answering the doorbell. After some time, I looked up the phone number... more

My wife and I have stayed here for our last two anniversary's and have enjoyed the peace and quiet. Hoyt and David are excellant hosts and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs and wants. more
