room was dark, and the smell of mold which we could see on bathroom walls will keep me from going back. the people that work there are very nice and helpful. excellent for them! more

This hotel is a renovated one, very clean and allows pets, which is why we chose it. Our room was a darker one, very little sun, unfortunately. The pool looked very nice, but last month was still too chilly to use it. My biggest complaint??? The instant coffee in the machine that supposedly brews a fresh cup of regular coffee... more

We were given a smoking room after I had specifically requested non-smoking. The management was unable to correct the problem and I was forced to spend the night in a smelly and poorly cleaned room before canceling the remainder of my stay. I attempted to exercise their 100% satisfaction guarantee and have been refused on several contacts. Evidently their 100%... more
