just returned with family 4 kids and wife ages 1,3,15,17.We loved the sand dunes it had everything we needed from the waterpark to the onsite pizza restaraunt also the location was perfect.I never ever had any problems with cleanliness and the staff was very helpful.Me and my family cant wait to go back next year. more

We booked the room for a little r & r but that was not our experience. After checking in around 4:00 the room was not clean. The shower had hair stuck all over the shower walls with a grimy botttom. We stayed at the Sand Dunes over Memorial Weekend, and will not go back. Here are a few of our experiences: CHECK IN: It took about 20-25min, which is way too long in my opinion. Rooms were clean. Excellent dining area.. Front desk clerk needs an attitude adjustment . I heard that there was a new management .I will say he/she is putting alot of money into this worn down establishment.. The "WATER PARK" was fun for the young and old!! I can agree that the parking is a little tough at night but there are 1,000 other great things about this resort!
