St. Johns is a wonderful place to stay. They have wonderful rooms and staff. If you have any problems, they will try to fix them right away. Great place to stay for families, couples, students or anyone with pets at an affordable price. more

I have stayed at the St. John's Inn 2-3 times and all were excellent! With wonderful decorations, non-smoking or smoking rooms, just a walk from the beach and most are near the huge pool, St. Johns is simply THE place for a family vacation! This hotel was a little disappointing. The rooms were fairly clean, however we did notice that the maids hadn't swept underneath the beds. We found peanuts underneath them. St. John's Inn is terrible. Our non-smoking room was actually a smoking room they tried to mask with a cloying air fragrance that failed miserably. The carpet was worn and the bed sagged. When we rejected that room we were given one that reeked of cat urine, the fridge was pulled away from the wall and the wallpaper was peeling.... more

Near everything, but away from all the noise. Great olympic size pool in the very relaxing court yard. Use all the Caravelle's amenities right across the street. Will come back here every year. more

Great place for your Myrtle Beach visit. I stayed 4 nights in June. Plenty of parking. Nicely landscaped courtyard with huge pool and hot tub. I met lots of friendly people around the pool.
