We went to stay at the virginian for three night. We were looking for a clean yet affordable place within close distance to the beach. We got exactly what we were looking for. I tried to make a reservation at this place and have never encountered such incompentency or rudeness in my life. I made a reservation on Thursday, was told I could hold it until Friday. When I called back to add one additional day to the reservation and give me credit card number you would have thought I was asking for... more
We apologize for any miscommunication you may have had with the front desk staff. I would tend to disagree that anyone "yelled" at a potential visitor. That is not how we handle situations with our guests. Oddly enough, with almost 15 reviews on other booking sites including TripAdvisor, we have yet to have a negative review on our customer service....
My husband and I just returned from a trip to Myrtle Beach and we stayed at this motel. It's nothing fancy but it's affordable, clean and comfortable.
