Had issues on arrival. I had made reservations through my travel agent and didn't know about the security deposit. Next the room assigned was dirty and smelly. It was great! There is a awesome bar that serves food, over looking the water, with an excellent view. If you are looking for something to do there is a cool game room, shuffle board, ping pong, gym, restaurants, and even a Starbucks all in the hotel. Our condo was clean and warm & inviting. The view of the ocean was incredible with amazing sun rises. We saw dolphins swim by each day. Maid service was timely and efficient. Even with the rain and cold weather, we had a great weekend at Long Bay with our grand children. The Lazy River and Hot Tubs are always a big hit with the kids. The staff is very prompt to take care of any issues that might need attention. Units have new carpet, drapes, bedspreads and sofa/chair. Looks Great!!! more

When my regular hotel wouldn't honor the price on an email it sent, I clicked on a sister property, which happened to be Long Bay and found a great deal for a partial view 3 bedroom.
