Stayed here last week of Nov. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well kept. Was too cold to swim in outdoor pool but indoor pool and whirlpool did the trick. Would return to this hotel again. more

I never had a room right on the water, and it was super superb. the romm was always clean. the pool was clean, club was nice and if I ever come back I will always rent this resort. I will tell my friends and family members also. the services was just lovely. I lock my room key in the room... more

Pool not heated--told for 3 days by 4 people that it was being heated, but it was not. Only compesation offered was we could leave and get last day refunded. GM would not even talk to us in person. Usually favorite place to stay--we WILL find another oceanfront with a heated pool in the futture. more

I have been coming to this Resort for the past 14 years,The rooms are always clean,and the staff,from,the front desk,to the maid service are always helpful and kind.The pools,and hot tubs are cleaned every morning,and the lazy river is awesome.I would highly recommend this Resort to anyone looking for a great place to stay.I will be back in 2010 more
