Not only was my suite spotless but, I had the pleasure of meeting there Housekeeping Manager Bill after i called down for some towels. He went above and beyond just bringing towels. Staff were fabulous, especially Sean. My 6and 9 year olds coudn't stop talking about how nice he was at breakfast. Water park was great and the kids absolutely loved playing ping pong. We aren't used to kids programs in the off season but Dunes had lots of planned activities for kids and families.To top it off, the weather was perfect.... more
