The carpet in our unit was filthy. We had to come home a day early because the mattresses in two bedrooms were horrible. Kitchen and washing machine were great ! Balcony furniture was plastic and dirty. No jacuzzi tub as promised. Is really a place for children and you do not care about carpets..... Ocean was great ! Eleavator wasGREAT... more

I was there about a year ago and the renovations were still going on. It was nice but this time it was great. The staff was great and the new look is something else! I could not have been happier with my accomadations. If you have not been to the Pinnacle I think it is worth a look. Dave more

The views, the staff, the rooms. All were FIRST CLASS. I highly recommend. The lacation is excellent also. We found terrific restaurants and activity just blocks away. more

February 2006. Can there be such a thing as to much Customer Service? I give the excellent for their attention to detail and service. There was some unfinished construction on the new building, but, apparently the staff are determined that guests over look it by going the extra mile with service. Will definitely be back. more

We just got back from a 2 week stay at the Pinnacle in North Myrtle Beach. The condo was large, airy, and well-maintained. The view was spectular as was the beach itself. We even stayed during the mandatory evacuation during Hurricane Charley, and before the staff left, they checked on us. Can't wait for next year. more

The Pinnacle was redone in 2002 and looks terrific ... nice summer/winter pool, tanning area, and landscaping. Building has been upgraded and most units are beautiful !! A terrific place to stay in summer or winter! more
