Good amenities, clean, great beach access. Will definitely consider returning. Beds were comfortable! Our child loved the Murphy bed. This was our 6th stay at the Avista. The rooms are wonderful--great layout and ammenities. The staff are all very friendly and helpful--front desk, housekeeping, maintenance--every employee you encounter smiles and says hello. We have another reservation for September and have not considered staying any where else since we first stayed at the Avista 4 years ago.

We have stayed at the Avista on multiple occasions now and we always return. While they are a little pricey, the rooms are very nice. Our sixth stay with Avista. This time in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath corner unit. Wonderful views. Glad to see the unit had flat screen tvs and stackable washer/dryer. Was overall pleased with everything. Stayed for the last eight years at Avista love love love it. Great staff and great amenities. They make us feel like we are at home. My cousins and I truly enjoy our stay here every year. This year made our fourth year at this particular resort and the experience is better every year. If you are in the north myrtle beach area you are missing out if you don't stay at Avista .
