Nice family hotel, nice pools. Balcony not private due to "U" shape of the hotel. Small kitchen area and bad fridge (not cold enough). Parking garage is awful to get to. Would consider again if the price was right, but do prefer other resorts in North Myrtle. more

We really liked our condo. It had a wonderful ocean view on our large balcony. We had plenty of space. The pool area was wonderful. The location was nice. The front desk was very helpful. Our only complaint was the parking garage. more

The Avista is in a great location, within walking distance to Main Street. There you can find dance clubs, restaurants, stores, etc. Very nice hotel/condo, clean, lots of activities.
