For $55 a night I found the Days Inn Seneca to be quite nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had a microwave and fridge in each room as well as internet access (though I didn't use it). Will find a room elsewhere next time if in this area. Our "non-smoking" room wasn't -- there were ashes on pillowcases, ashes on the lampshade, ashes near the sink.
