As a hotel manager myself, I have an expectation of what customer service should mean and how guests should be treated. The Quality Inn failed miserably in these areas. This hotel is offering excellent rooms at a very reasonable price. Rooms have been remodeled in past few years and they are VERY CLEAN ! compare to other hotels we stayed on our way to NY. They have nice breakfast as well. We we delighted to have hot Waffles and biscuits. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. more

We stayed at this hotel, not knowing the Spartanburg area and we wished we'd checked out after one night. The bathrooms were filthy and service was awful. Cleaning staff was very friendly but spent more time chatting then cleaning. They provided cleaning supplies so WE could re-clean OUR OWN room! I hope it's improved since then! more

On previous stays (3 times) we had no problems. However, this stay was entirely different. There was new Management. I would not say the rooms were filthy but they were not cleaned very well.
