Overall, this was a pretty good visit. The people were hit or miss in both the company I went to visit - as well as the hotel staff. The hotel staff front desk initially was very good. The food is TERRIBLE!!! I mean, BAD. The hotel is nice and has a great location. Unfortunately, parking is a real problem. I literally could not find one single space. I went to order room service and it was shockingly bad. I will never eat there again and I am hestitant to stay there again. more

We stayed this weekend in the Marriott in Spartanburg and from check-in to check out we were treated fantastic. We got a huge room on the 9th floor, with the usual Marriott furniture, the huge outside pool/Jacuzzy is wonderful as well as the well equiped gym wit Steam Rooms and Saunas in the locker rooms. Wonderful front desk guy upgraded us to a room that had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I skipped the pool just so I could go back and nap. Huge bathroom, great complimentary Bath and Body Works toiletries, great restaurant. Overall an excellent place to stay! more
