Pros:
1. Newer Hotel. Seems to be recently built.
2. Flat screens TV in rooms (although not in HD). Lots of channels (70 or so)
3. Very friendly staff
4. Rates are good
5. Bathrooms are nice
6. Wireless network is very fast

Cons:
1. Very thin walls (you can hear everything your neighbors do).
2. Very thin floors (you will hear people above you walk)
3. Poor quality breakfast
4. No staff on site after 11 P.M. (or around that time)
5. When raining, you will hear the runoff hitting the AC units on the back of building (if you have a room facing the back)

Suggestions:
1. Do not get a room with an adjoining door if you do not need it. (decreases neighbor noise problem). It will still exist in rooms without the door, however.
2. Ask for a room that faces the front of the building. (avoids rain runoff problem)
3. Get a room on the 3rd floor (won't hear people walking upstairs)
