I hate having to respond to outrages reviews like this. But feel I must to protect my intregrity. This people think rules that go with staying here, don't apply to them, better than the rest of us I guess. They are willing to say anything to try to get thier way and if that don't work, they will say anything...

We loved this place, its close to Hill City, quiet and backs up to a creek. Each room looks out on to deck with a super view. Its a a little rustic with a really nice pool and little cabins perfect for families. George is always available to help! I cant wait to go back JC Jasper GA more

In as few words as possible, this was a frightening experience for me and my children. This person was just trying to scam to get out of paying for late checkout. Claim that she did not know the ckeck out time. That was on her reservation, that she was verbally informed and posted very clearly in the office and in the room. After telling her to just hurry up and leave, she came to the office...
This was suppose to be a family vacation getaway to the beautiful Black Hills. Instead it was awful. The cabins were tacky and spartan at best. These people had a great time and no complaints, until they thought they should not have to clean up. The clean up details are listed in my advertising, thier reservation confirmation and given a list when they check-in. They act like they was uninform but that is not true. This customer just did not clean up as required by thier reservation agreement. When I refused refund they made these lies and sladerous statement up. They think they are above the rest of us and should not have to abide the the agreement they made.
