We stayed there for one night during our visit to Mt. Rushmore. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful but the rooms were small and old. Hotel is situated on the way to Rushmore and we had tough time in finding the location. Stay here if you are looking for a budget accommodation which is on the way to Rushmore. more
The owners manage the property themselves. The couple is very nice and friendly. We asked for a room on lower floor and they gave us a room so that we could park at our door. Very nice and friendly folks, but the rooms were old and cramped, and the bed was not comfortable at all. The tub felt like you were going to fall through it, and the whole facility was showing its age. Great place if it was 1965 and if the rate was if $35 per night, but it wasn't. more
