The exterior of this hotel is deceiving. On the first floor rooms have two entrances - one exterior (can park in front of room) and interior. The exterior doors on some rooms in front of the motel had weather striping loose and a dirty/banged up appearance. It certainly "turned off" my wife. We had to stop in Sioux Falls due to bad weather and we thought we could save some money and stay at the Motel 6 located next door to the Kelly Inn. Well, when we checked in we had some of the rudest service I have ever seen in person or on Candid Camera!! Well anyways we get to the... more

The price I made my booking at is not the price they tried to bill me. They tried to over bill my 2nd nights stay. The jaccusi was too hot to use. Not enough towels in the room for the 4 people who I booked the room for. Our request for extra pillows was denided. We were told our reqest... more
