I can't believe this place! These unprofessional employees are full of tatoos, which does not look professional when I am meeting clients for business. Also, some guy who works there was walking around with a Mickey Mouse hat--great impression. They should spend more time keeping the place cleaner, so I don't find anymore hairs in the tub. more

I stayed at this property for business in 2005. Horrible. The rooms are dark, dirty and smell. It does have a great location near shopping and restaurants and is located just off interstate but I think you can find better accommodations for the same price range. Our family stayed here for our summer vacation and could not have been happier! The rooms are clean, and the location is Great, (right across from the mall). The staff was very helpful with local attractions/restaurants. Bottom line you cant beat the price. We will be back next year. more

The room was hot, a/c loud and either on or off. Only the rooms are air-conditioned. The pool is old, stainless steel and shallow. We reserved 2 queens through Expedia but received 2 doubles - apparently the only thing they had. An employee accidently set off the fire alarm off at 4 am.
