My husband and I picked this Best Western in Stugis, SD because we stay in hotels 50-60 nights a year and several of these nights are at Best Westerns. We stayed at this motel and were unimpressed with the cleanliness. The bathtub had hairs in it when we got there! Other than that, things were OK. Not super clean or nice, but decent. This hotel didn't feel like a Best Western. The room was average. Check in area was a bit dingy feeling. When we got there there was a sign on the front door saying they would be back in 5 minutes so we had to wait outside for the desk person to comeback.
