I stayed here with friends because there were no rooms in Yankton when we decided to got to Riverboat Days. It's only 23 miles away from the hotel and a pleasant drive. Best value for your buck in Vermillion. We went to visit my daughter. We had tried two other hotels (one was terrible, the other was a little pricy). Comfort Inn was quiet, clean, and gave us a ''parents discount" because our daughter is a student at USD. It is close to a grocery store, and about a mile from campus.... more
My daughter and I traveled to Vermillion for her orientation to USD. Rooms were clean, no hassle check in and check out. Breakfast was good. I loved the pool, I don't do hot tubs or saunas but both were available. It is neat to look out of the back of the hotel to an expanse of corn field! Easy walking... more
