Pro - This is a nice motel, for a Motel 6. No frills, but the room was a bit larger and more spacious than the usual Motel 6. In addition to writing desk has table and chairs. Also nice bathroom facilities . Convenient location next to exit from I-40. Exxon station next door. Small convenience store at Exxon station. Except for location, a good place for an overnight stay at reasonable rates.

Con - Nearest restaurants 10 miles west in Brownsville or 15 miles east in Jackson.
Nothing else at this location except motel and Exxon station. more
