It's a pleasure to travel and get the management's involvement as did Mr. Kernan. I needed his assistance with accommodations and he went above and beyond the call of duty. He is a gem and should be commended for his demeanor while working at this hotel that is obviously in transistion. more
Was looking for a nice place to stay while traveling home from a trip. Orbitz had it listed as a FOUR STAR hotel. Pictures looked nice, made reservation then showed up around 11:00pm. Didn't go into bar or any place. rough area, rough place. If it wasn't so late I would of been out of there. Place looks even rougher... more
