Fridge broken with no offer to replace after reporting; tv not working no offer to replace after reporting, no offer of a different room despite the problems; fire door did not close securely; attitude of indifference by staff.

“Good, but starting to look a bit tired”

This was a nice hotel but it is starting to look a bit tired, with various little things not working or broken, the sink plug for one. But having said that, for the one night we were their it was very good and I would consider using it again
