After arriving I discovered that the hotel seems to advertise much but they turn out to be seeming tokens of the real things. We went to chattanooga on a aquarium package. The staff at the hotel was out of this world, you felt as though you were their top priority. The valets unloaded and loaded the car and brought your luggage to and from your room. We never had to wait on the car just called down and it was waiting for us.... more

We have stayed at The Chattanoogan several times since 2005. At that time it was modern and new. Now it is modern, but with wear and tear. Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. The only complaint we had was that the parking garage was anything but handy. Not attached to the hotel. If you have trouble waking this hotel might not be a good call. It is in a great location. more
