I had read all the dire reviews of this hotel but found nothing to complain about. I requested a non-smoking room and got one-I never smelled any smoke the whole stay anywhere. Save your money... this is no Urban Retreat! The hotel had minimal life form including staff and guests. The recession has hit this area hard. This place is close to the Chattanooga Choo Choo and there are "free" shuttles to the downtown river area.
