We just wanted a nice, little quiet vacation away from home for a few days. I spent seneral hours online trying to find the best deal on a hotel with the ammenities we wanted. On the internet this seemed to be the best hotel for us. We got there and boy was it just about the exact opposite of what we wanted! Not in a good area of town, told us 2 different prices, almost none of the ammenities that were supposed to be offered. Small rooms, no air conditioning that worked, no special family rooms(which were advertised), etc! We spent most of the day trying to find another hotel to stay in, and they would not refund our money. Rude customer service, rude management, not helpful, etc. Do not stay here unless you want your vacation to be ruined! more
