Stay away from this one. We stayed three nights and the last night we were there 4 cars had there windows broken out and items stolen. We were very lucky, ours was not one of them, but a car right beside ours was. They are in the process of upgrading this motel, but it is still in a total mess.... more

Trust the most recent reviews on this slummy rathole. Once you get past the front desk, It is run-down and dingy. I had an item stolen from my room and when I spoke to the manager, he said "what do you wnat me to do, acuse my housekeeps of steeling? I'm not going to do that". Security is non-existant, the... more

This hotel looked like it has not been updated in a long while, and it appeared that even basic maintenance is ignored. In the hallways, wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the carpet was stained and dirty. In the room, nothing appears to have been vacuumed for weeks, except for the basic walking area through the room. When we... more

Rooms are totally dated looking and the rooms look fairly seedy. I checked in to 2 rooms (not adjoining) and both rooms had problems. One room the AC didn't work and the bathroom tub had a constant drip. The wallpaper was also coming off the wall in several places and was ripped. In the other room, the carpets were deplorable... more

Where should I start! I made reservations for a softball team and looked at the reviews and pictures on the internet. Everything looked nice, the rooms, pool and the restaurant. Wow, was I shocked when I got there!!! What an OLD hotel! The rooms are very small, the bathrooms are so old and dirty and the mattresses are so old... more

My family stayed at this hotel on our vacation. We reserved 2 adjoining rooms on the internet. When we arrived, we had no trouble with the reservations. We had the adjoining rooms. All of the front desk staff was very friendly. We had trouble with the air conditioning in one of the rooms and before we went to bed that... more

We stayed here for one night, the desk clerk was friendly and the place was well kept. The room was very clean and well furnished. The entire experience was positive. We didn't try the restaurant but it looked okay too. Coming fresh from a 3 night nightmare at the Bestwestern Benchmark in Memphis, this place was like a breath of... more

We found a deal for this hotel ($40 per night) at the Chattanooga Aquarium Visitor's Center. We tried it, and it was indeed a bargain. It's about 8 miles from downtown, but not difficult to locate for a travelor who is unfamiliar with the area. The room was very clean, the free breakfast was a hot one in the restaurant... more
