The outside looks decent, but don't let it fool you. The rooms were very dated.
I just needed a simple place to sleep, so elegance wasn't my priority.
Around 2AM, I woke to a crashing sound in the bathroom. Someone in the room above mine overflowed their toilet, and the sheetrock on my bathroom ceiling came crashing into the shower. I went to the front desk, but they didn't have any more rooms available.
When I checked out the next morning, I asked about a partial refund, due to the unusable shower. They refused.
Super 8 offers three basic items: A private room, bed, and shower. They failed in meeting basic expectations. They didn't even offer me a coupon on my next stay. more

Although we slept well here, it was not at all what we expected by looking at the outside. The outside looked nice but inside, the TV was VERY old, the rooms were not very clean, and it smelled bad. Our feet turned black from the carpeting. The indoor pool was nice but crowded. The entire motel became very crowded and the parking was bad. I don't think it would take very much to fix the place up but I can onlyrate this experience as okay....maybe even closer to YUCK! But we survived!
