This was about the 3rd time we have stayed here and it is definitely going downhill. They do the best they can but they need new beds, new pillows and you can really see through the towels. We came to Crossville for an overnight stay to attend the Flea Market. After doing internet searches and weeding out the "definately do not stays", I settled upon La Quinta Inn and was not disappointed. Most of the nicer motels in the area start at $99 a night. We ended up at the Crossville La Quinta by accident. We were supposed to stay at the La Quinta in Memphis while moving cross country, but due to unforseen circumstances, we were stuck in Crossville and were unable to drive the next 4-5 hours to Memphis. The La Quinta in Memphis still charged us for our room and didn't care... more

Hotel was quite nice, wired internet was down when I got there, they helped me to connect via wifi in the lobby, wired internet access came back later in the night. Helpful staff, I wish all the hotels I stayed at for business were this nice. more

This hotel is priceless! It was exactly what I was looking for.. clean, comfortable room with BOTH wireless and wired internet, which comes in handy when your wireless network won't let you connect onto the hotel network. The staff was an A+ and the breakfast really started my day off right. Loved the scrambled eggs! Thanks! more
