Our baseball team booked the Super 8 for our stay for the state tournament. The lady that checked us in was very aloof and at times rude. We just recently stayed at the Super 8 Motel in Crossville, Tn. When we checked in at night the lady at the front desk was helpful and polite. The room was not deluxe but I didn't expect it to be.
