OK...I know you've wanted to stay for a few hours at a cheap place....but save your time ..I went in at around 1:00 am...she told me that she had a room available....before I knew it ...she runs my card through....then I told her that I wouldn't stay unless I could check the room...she then tell me it's too late....that I would have to stay....needless to say...I told her that may be the way you do things in Tennessee ...but she was not going to force me to stay somewhere without being able to check the room....then she tells me she is not authorized to void or refund....she calls her manager and then she tells me it will take an hour...I SAID WHAT?....I'm not waiting an hour....I was promised a refund or void and it is now a month and a half later.....WHAT A BUNCH OF DIRT BAGS.....SAVE YOUR TIME AND AVOID THE TROUBLE!!!!!!! YOU TOO CAN HAVE THE ROOM FULL OF FLEAS.... more
