We frequent this property since it is part of the Hilton family where I accumulate points and have come to have certain expectations of consistency. We have family in the Dyersburg area, and for years, we've always stayed at this Hampton Inn when we're in town visiting. This Hampton Inn is rated by Hampton Inns as being in the top 10% of all of their hotels. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always helpful. I stayed at the Hampton Inn Dyersburg for two nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was basic, but the sheets smelled like they had been used in a smoking room. I requested non-smoking. The business area in the main lobby (computer, printer) was great. The parking area was not well-lit and a little scary if you are... more
