We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and went with the jacuzzi suite. The rooms were really clean, the linens smelled freshly washed and the room was really large. stayed here for a white water adventure. beds were very comfy. room was cleaner than more expensive hotels i have stayed. at 100.00 a night it darn well better have. I got lucky to wake up when i did because the room alarm didnt work and im still waiting for that wake up call. breakfast was usual holiday inn feast. more

Stayed one night but originally booked 2 nights and they charged me for 2 nights still, which was resolved after a couple calls, and messed up my company expense reports...Room was ok older HI express, breakfast was ok nothing special. Not bad I guess for Erwin TN nothing special in this town more

As I could never see Erwin, TN being anyone's main destination I believe that the Holiday Inn Express located there is great for what it is: a nice affordable place to stay on your way somwhere else. I stayed at this hotel during the Bristol Race weekend when hotels within 200 miles are sold out. The staff was fun and friendly, like they really enjoy working there.
